So, we removed the load-bearing wall, opened up the space, and installed new cabinetry, hardwood flooring, and appliances. The cabinetry and countertops carried the bulk of the investment.

Seven hundred square feet of untapped space, and a moisture problem concealing its true potential.
We handled the waterproofing first, then rebuilt from there. New metal framing, luxury vinyl plank flooring, upgraded lighting, a custom barn door, and a full bathroom addition that came in at $22,000 on its own.
The homeowners got a basement that no longer gets ignored.

We started with a full waterproofing system. From there, we laid luxury vinyl plank flooring, installed recessed lighting throughout, built a full bathroom with a shower, and carved out a dedicated laundry area.

He helped explain things when we needed him too, we asked sooooooo many questions, and was able to be responsive whenever we had something that came up.
One of the things I most appreciated about working with Gary was his problem solving. He was thoughtful when there was an issue that came up and worked with us to find solutions that met our needs or worked in our budget.
He worked through any problem with tenacity. When there were issues that came up with any subs or with any materials we selected, Gary navigated them with sensitivity and diplomacy and was able to resolve issues with great tact that kept the integrity of the project, our goals, and our budget in mind.
We don’t have plans on working on a big project again any time soon but if we did Gary would be the first person we would call. Call him. He is a gem.
Gary took down a load bearing wall and replaced all flooring on the second level of our home.
Gary was always on time and stuck to the agreed upon schedule. Before leaving each day Gary spent an ample amount of time cleaning the work space to make sure it was cleaner than it was when he arrived.
His craftsmanship and detail to work are unmatched. When problems arose with having to add more cross beams on the first floor when taking down the load bearing wall Gary was very reasonable and did the extra work with little to no extra charge except for the material.
I highly suggest you use Gary for any of your future home improvements.

We built a dedicated laundry area, finished the garage, wrapped the exterior in new vinyl siding, installed a new asphalt roof, poured a fresh concrete driveway, and laid a new paver patio to tie it all together.
The homeowners got more than an addition. They got a home that finally has room to breathe.
Two-Bedroom Addition in Sayreville, NJ
The family needed more room, so we built it from the ground up.
Full structural framing anchored the entire project. From there, we finished two new bedrooms, upgraded the second floor furnace, and installed a gas fireplace that made the new space feel like it had always been part of the home.
