Bathroom Remodeling in Woodbridge, NJ

Twenty-four square feet. Not a lot of room to work with, but more than enough to do something worth showing off.

We redesigned the layout from the ground up, built a custom shower, fitted a compact vanity sized exactly for the space, and laid custom tile throughout. Every decision was made to maximize function without sacrificing style.

The homeowners walked away with a bathroom that feels intentional, polished, and completely their own.

Project value: $24,000.

Bathroom Remodeling in Rumson, NJ

Some bathrooms are functional. This one became a retreat.

In 54 square feet, we worked in a freestanding soaking tub, a natural tile design that grounds the whole space, an arched bath entrance that adds genuine architectural character, and upgraded lighting that sets the right mood at any hour.

These homeowners got a bathroom that earns a second look every time they walk in.

Project value: $29,000.

Master Bathroom Remodeling in Matawan, NJ

A 150 sq. ft. master bath with good bones and a layout that wasn’t working. We fixed that.

We reimagined the entire floor plan, then rebuilt it with an oversized custom shower, a freestanding soaking tub, and a double vanity.

The shower and freestanding tub combination alone came in at $14,500, a centerpiece the rest of the room was designed around.
The homeowners now have a master bath that actually lives up to the name.

Project value: $42,000.

Kitchen Remodeling in Old Bridge, NJ

The kitchen had potential. But the wall in the middle made it hard to see it.

So, we removed the load-bearing wall, opened up the space, and installed new cabinetry, hardwood flooring, and appliances. The cabinetry and countertops carried the bulk of the investment.

The homeowners got 150 square feet that finally feels like one cohesive space.

Project value: $46,000.

Kitchen Remodeling in Fair Haven, NJ

Three hundred square feet of kitchen, done the right way.

We installed new cabinetry and countertops, laid a mosaic tile backsplash that anchors the whole design, brought in an upgraded appliance package, and reworked the lighting.

The homeowners ended up with a kitchen that handles everything they throw at it and still looks the part.

Project value: $69,000.

Kitchen Remodeling in Middletown, NJ

At 350 square feet, this kitchen needed more than a refresh. It needed a reimagination.

We installed an 18-foot level beam to open the structure, expanded cabinet storage, added under-cabinet lighting, built out a dedicated appliance pantry, brought in oversized appliances, and enlarged the kitchen window to let the space breathe.

It’s the kind of kitchen that makes the rest of the house want to keep up.

Project value: $92,000.

Seven hundred square feet of untapped space, and a moisture problem concealing its true potential.

We had a great experience working with Gary. […]

He helped explain things when we needed him too, we asked sooooooo many questions, and was able to be responsive whenever we had something that came up.

One of the things I most appreciated about working with Gary was his problem solving. He was thoughtful when there was an issue that came up and worked with us to find solutions that met our needs or worked in our budget.

He worked through any problem with tenacity. When there were issues that came up with any subs or with any materials we selected, Gary navigated them with sensitivity and diplomacy and was able to resolve issues with great tact that kept the integrity of the project, our goals, and our budget in mind.

We don’t have plans on working on a big project again any time soon but if we did Gary would be the first person we would call. Call him. He is a gem.

Gary took down a load bearing wall and replaced all flooring on the second level of our home.

Gary was always on time and stuck to the agreed upon schedule. Before leaving each day Gary spent an ample amount of time cleaning the work space to make sure it was cleaner than it was when he arrived.

His craftsmanship and detail to work are unmatched. When problems arose with having to add more cross beams on the first floor when taking down the load bearing wall Gary was very reasonable and did the extra work with little to no extra charge except for the material.

I highly suggest you use Gary for any of your future home improvements.

Home Addition Case Studies

Garage, Laundry, and Living Room Addition

Four hundred square feet added, and nearly every trade involved in getting it done right.

We built a dedicated laundry area, finished the garage, wrapped the exterior in new vinyl siding, installed a new asphalt roof, poured a fresh concrete driveway, and laid a new paver patio to tie it all together.

The homeowners got more than an addition. They got a home that finally has room to breathe.

Project value: $125,000.

Two-Bedroom Addition in Sayreville, NJ

The family needed more room, so we built it from the ground up.

Full structural framing anchored the entire project. From there, we finished two new bedrooms, upgraded the second floor furnace, and installed a gas fireplace that made the new space feel like it had always been part of the home.

The homeowners added 550 square feet without ever leaving the neighborhood they already love.

Project value: $138,000.

Sunroom Addition and Garage Upgrade in Princeton, NJ

Some projects add space. This one added character, function, and serious curb appeal.

We finished the exterior in natural stone, built out a bright new sunroom, upgraded the garage with a new slab, finished a functional laundry room, and laid a new paver patio that connects it all.

It looks less like something we added and more like something that was always waiting to be uncovered.

Project value: $192,000.
