Frequently Asked Questions
We start with an in-person estimate, then a design consultation where you choose your finishes and leave a deposit. Owner Gary personally oversees construction, and we close with a final walkthrough to make sure every detail meets your expectations.
Costs vary widely. Bathrooms start at around $18,000, kitchens at $30,000, and basements at $50,000. Full home remodels typically run $150,000 or more. The best way to get an accurate number is to schedule your in-person estimate.
Your quoted price stays fixed, with two exceptions: changes you request, or hidden plumbing and electrical issues uncovered behind walls. Outside of those, the number you agree to is the number you pay.
We rely on brands we trust, such as Kohler and Moen for plumbing fixtures, Lutron for lighting controls, and Bruce for flooring. During your design consultation, you’ll browse our design book and have the final say on every selection.
We don’t offer in-house financing. If you’d like to talk through projected costs before we meet, the price ranges on our website are a good starting point. We’re happy to answer any budget questions during the estimate.
We pause the work and tell you what we found, what it means, and what it costs before anything proceeds. You’ll never be surprised by a sudden bill. Our job is to keep you informed every step of the way.
Timelines vary by scope. Small bathrooms take about 2 weeks, master baths 4 to 6 weeks, kitchens 4 to 8 weeks, basements up to 4 months, and full home remodels 3 to 4 months. Your estimate includes a specific timeline.
We don’t. Gary visits every home in person before providing a quote. It’s the only way to give you a number that actually holds up. Reach out to schedule your estimate at a time that works for you.
Always. Permits keep the work up to code and protect your home’s value. We handle all permitting on your behalf, so you never have to track down paperwork or worry about compliance.
Yes. We hold a General Contractor’s License and a Builder’s License, and our team is OSHA-certified. Gary spent years as an electrician, a carpenter, and a house flipper before founding Brady Remodeling. That experience shows in how we work.
Many contractors can produce decent results. Our edge lies in the level of attention we give to every detail and the way we communicate constantly throughout each project.
We go through the finished work with you, using a punch list to verify that every detail meets your expectations. Nothing is marked complete until you’re satisfied. That standard applies to every project we take on.
